You, as a member, will select a particular boat to join, based on size, price, and availability. This will now be your boat for the next year, almost as if you owned it, but without the same expenses of ownership.
After training and boat orientation, you’re ready to start booking usage via the web-based scheduler. No maintenance, slip rent, insurance, and property tax to worry about… simply enjoy the boat and top off the fuel tanks, and you’re done!
Each boat has a maximum of 8 equivalent memberships, which distributes the available time equally among members. You simply use the web-based calendar to select the times you want to use the boat, and it will be ready when you arrive. Once at the marina, you will inspect the boat using the automated “Embark” system and then set off to enjoy the day. Upon return, simply refuel the tanks, complete the “Embark” check off, and we’ll see you next time!

In addition to your reserved days, members can take advantage of unlimited cruise times that are booked inside-of 36 hours! For longer trips, you can even borrow unused cruise times from the previous or upcoming months and combine them into one long get-a-way. Lastly, all members have access to our PowerTime Plus program, where you can rent a PowerTime boat at one of our 10 bases around the world for a fraction of normal charter prices.

Guaranteed
Monthly Usage
PowerTime offers guaranteed access to your boat every month. You can make reservations online up to one year in advance and can book additional free “as-available” times using your smartphone. “Classic” PowerTime memberships allow a minimum of 7 cruise times per month and can get additional free cruise times when reservations are made within 36 hours of the start time. “Lite” memberships get 3 cruise times per month and “Premium” memberships get 14 boat times per month. Premium members can take the boat for up to 7 continuous days and nights. With PowerTime PLUS, members can rent boats at other PowerTime locations at a mere fraction of the cost of regular bareboat chartering.
