The PowerTime Ownership Program provides an all-inclusive boat management platform that significantly reduces the time and cost associated with boat ownership.
PowerTime boat owners are sole owners of the boat, and entrust us to share their boat with other qualified “members”. They retain 25% of their boat’s usage during the season, and earn income by sharing the rest. PowerTime boat owners cover all their operating costs and earn additional income to apply to their boat loan.

Located at Burnham Harbor and north-suburban North Point Marina, SailTime/PowerTime Chicago is a fractional boating program in operation since 2005. We’ve managed dozens of sail and powerboats for our happy owners, and helped create countless memories for 100’s of families.
As an accredited sailing school, we take boating education very seriously. Every boat owner and fractional member receives extensive training before taking out a boat on their own, and continued guidance throughout the season.
