The San Francisco base now hosts a monthly Ladies Sailing Day. Want to come along? Contact Lisa to be included in the invitation list. Once a month, a different boat and marina is featured, for a great day of boating on the San Francisco Bay.
On this day the ladies sailed the fleet’s Hunter 41 Deck Salon out of Pier 39 in downtown San Francisco. After leaving the dock and seeing the fog rolling under the Golden Gate Bridge, sails were set in the lee of Alcatraz for a fine beam reach under the Bay Bridge. The group consisted of some amazing sailors, including a few that have recently developed a love of boating and a few sailors in training. All in all, it was just another beautiful day on a powerboat on San Francisco Bay, where this PowerTime base is celebrating 5 years of bringing boating to area sailors like no other operation in the bay does.
