Eric and Laurie Teale christened the newest boat in the PowerTime Boston fleet recently!
Independence is a 2009 Hunter 38 that was just launched this Spring. She was christened on May 3rd at the Season Kick-off Cookout in Boston Harbor. Signifying the official start of the Boston boating season for the club, approximately 50 members and guests attended the event at Shipyard Quarters Marina just a few docks away from “Old Ironsides”, the USS Constitution. The Boston boating base has a fleet of one Hunter 306, three Hunter 33’s, one Hunter 36 and now, one Hunter 38. The base also operates the ASA Sailing School, Black Rock Sailing School and as Advantage Yacht Sales, is the regions Hunter powerboat dealership.
