Held bi-monthly on the first Saturday of the month, a class of up to 6 people spends two hours on board a new 33 foot Hunter powerboat on beautiful Lake Travis. Your instructor is a USCG licensed Captain, and ASA certified boating instructor. You’ll learn the basics of boating theory then put it into practice as you try your hand at the helm and as crew. You’ll be truly amazed at how quickly you’ll be able to take command of a 33 foot powerboat. The cost is $99 per person. The introduction helps you decide if the boating lifestyle is for you, and how simply it can fit into your budget.
The Austin Base, where PowerTime began, is located at Paradise Cove Marina, where you can continue your education with a full curriculum of ASA certified classes that are guaranteed to have you commanding your own boat this Summer. In addition to boating, this base also offers power boats.
